♦ Weekly photo report of your apparatus beginning with custom cab fabrication (commercial cab preperation) through the week prior to pick up (RFP) (6 reports for pumper / 9 reports for aerial & rescue average) ♦ Comparison of sales representative contract to factory contract to verify option content is the same. A detailed report of discrepancies is sent to the sales representative ♦ Review of contract during vehicle construction to ensure vehicle is built according to the contract ♦ Review of vehicle to ensure all customer final inspection list items are properly corrected prior to the vehicle departing from the factory |
